Cost: The presentation will be usually be free however if there is no presenter in your area you have the option to contribute to travel costs or select the webinar format.
Host requirements: a room for around two hours (usually a lecture room big enough for all interested parties to be accommodated) with a PC and a media projector. Attendants will not need a PC each to follow.
