They show that everyone involved is seeking to develop authors not exclude them. They also show that a host organization/institution is committed to help and encourage its researchers and staff.

Title: Webinar Guide to Getting Published
Cost: Free
Host requirements:

Title: Guide to Getting Published presentation
Cost: The presentation will be usually be free however if there is no presenter in your area you have the option to contribute to travel costs or select the webinar format.
Host requirements: a room for around two hours (usually a lecture room big enough for all interested parties to be accommodated) with a PC and a media projector. Attendants will not need a PC each to follow.
